What to expect
A clear process, one informed decision at a time.
No two claims follow the same schedule. This overview explains the usual work—not a promise about timing or outcome.
Start with a confidential review
The path from injury to resolution
Listen and evaluate
We discuss what happened, injuries, treatment, insurance, and immediate concerns, then determine whether representation is appropriate.
Preserve and investigate
We gather available reports, photographs, video, witnesses, property evidence, coverage information, and other relevant records.
Document the harm
Medical treatment, expenses, income loss, limitations, and the effect on daily life are developed with supporting evidence.
Present and negotiate
When the claim is ready, we present the supported facts and damages and evaluate responses against the evidence.
Litigate when appropriate
If a fair resolution is unavailable, a lawsuit may be considered. Discovery, testimony, motions, mediation, and trial each require preparation and client decisions.
Resolve and close
Any settlement belongs to the client to accept or reject after informed advice. Liens, costs, and distribution are addressed before closing.
Your role matters
Attend appropriate medical care, be candid, preserve documents, avoid public posts about the event or injuries, and keep us informed. Ask questions whenever something is unclear.
