The path from injury to resolution

  1. Listen and evaluate

We discuss what happened, injuries, treatment, insurance, and immediate concerns, then determine whether representation is appropriate.

  2. Preserve and investigate

We gather available reports, photographs, video, witnesses, property evidence, coverage information, and other relevant records.

  3. Document the harm

Medical treatment, expenses, income loss, limitations, and the effect on daily life are developed with supporting evidence.

  4. Present and negotiate

When the claim is ready, we present the supported facts and damages and evaluate responses against the evidence.

  5. Litigate when appropriate

If a fair resolution is unavailable, a lawsuit may be considered. Discovery, testimony, motions, mediation, and trial each require preparation and client decisions.

  6. Resolve and close

Any settlement belongs to the client to accept or reject after informed advice. Liens, costs, and distribution are addressed before closing.

Your role matters

Personal injury matters are handled on a contingency-fee basis. Attorney’s fees and reimbursement of advanced case costs are paid only from a recovery obtained through settlement or verdict, as provided in the written fee agreement.
